This amazing Backpack was first introduced in the Spring/Summer 2003 catalog as the Wayfarer Mini Backpack. It was made of a light-weight nylon fabric with a lining made of layers of cashmere/wool fill.
Then in the Fall/Winter 2003 catalog, Dooney introduced this Mini Backpack in their new All-Weather Leather 2 Collection. This was during a time when All-Weather Leather was evolving into a new leather-making technology. The result is this Mini Backpack which is just as durable, weather resistant and colorful as the Dooney & Bourke AWL original. Unlike the original All-Weather Leather bags, this is a supple feeling leather. The leather straps and handle are designed and contoured specifically to rest comfortably on the shoulder, back or in the hand.

- Condition: Excellent; Not like new; Not new. This came from a private collector who took very good care of this elegant backpack. Present are light yellowing areas inside and moreso around the top inside of the bag as shown in pictures. Otherwise, light use, nice and clean with no damage or missing parts or odd odors.
Jo's Note: "This is a gem of a Mini backpack! You'll love the sturdy design and rich earthy tones of its leather body, straps and handle. Light signs of use inside and outside. The exterior has been maintained with care as well and retains 90% of its original shape. Full cleaning & leather conditioning has been completed. Few of these Dooney Backpacks exist as they were designed with this regal logo for a very short time. It's collectible!"
