No broken or damaged parts or odd odors. All Genuine Brass metalware.  British Tan trim has aged beautifully just as Dooney intended it to. This bag appears in our Bargain Bags section because it does NOT come with the shoulder strap. The brass d-rings for a 1" wide shoulder strap are present, thus one may be added if desired.
