This is a Bargain Bag which means this bag is in good condition with no rips or tears and has been restored. however, it has been worn and has some scuffs from normal wear and no shoulder strap, thus it is not returnable. It retains 70% of its original semi-firm shape. It does NOT have the shoulder strap. It does have the shoulder strap D-rings should you decide to purchase and add a shoulder strap to the satchel. No odors or rips or damage.
