All Genuine Dooney parts made in USA, then sent and assembled in Costa Rica for Dooney and Bourke. The Dooney and Bourke Inc cloth red white and blue label has been snipped which indicates one of two things: there is either a small irregularity in the bag or it was sold at one of Dooney's outlets as overstock.

The exterior of this richly colored Dooney Carrier is in Excellent Condition with normal light scuffs at front corners. The reason it is a Bargain Bag is because of the snipped tag and the fact that down inside the bag there are marks & darkening from some use. The underside of the large front flap piece is clean and in excellent condition.
